Egg question (not involving a chicken!)

Just checked OH's egg account, - we took out a loan and cut up the card, however it is saying that the egg cc is in cr £113 - how do we get this money as it would come in useful to throw at the loan or into our savings?

Hi

Is it an Egg Money card? If so you can do a transfer online into the nominated bank account associated with the card.

If not get him to give them a call they can be helpful sometimes.

It is a credit card that we took a loan out to pay and cut up the card - would really like to put it in the bank - would make a difference this month - hey any month!!

he is giving them a call - just hope they dont say it needs to go to the loan but in the long run would not be too bad
