I haven't won with SKY before, but companies can take a few days to sort things out, so I wouldn't worry until a week or so has passed, and then maybe chase it up.

I won a holiday to Canada and had an email to tell me someone would be in touch, then had a phone call from the people who hosted the comp to tell me an an organiser from a travel company would be in touch to sort out all the details, so seemed forever (but was only about a 10 days altogether!)
Had an amazing time and couldn't get over the fact that it was all free! Enjoy!£2021 in 2021... £253.86/£20210 -
I won a holiday to Cyprus with them 8 years ago and it was about 10-14 days so they will be in touch lol

I was there in February, had a blast! The agency took about 10 or so days after the initial well done email, but were fantastic in sorting everything out.
