1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, who are aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of ASOS, Ford Motor Company Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

2. To enter, vote for your favourite Mood Board at asos.com/fiestafashiondash and fill out the mandatory (marked with a *) fields on the entry form. Entry is free.

3. By voting for your favorite Mood Board, you are confirming that;

4. You are available for the Fashion Dash Styling Experience between between [0.01GMT] to [23.59GMT] on [Saturday 10th November 2012 date]

5. You are happy to have the Fashion Dash Styling Experience at your home address or other address agreed prior to the date of the Experience. If you are asked to travel to a location that is not your home address you will be responsible for the travel costs involved.

6. You are happy to be styled, photographed and videoed by the ASOS team for the Fiesta Fashion Dash.

7. You consent to ASOS and Ford Motor Company UK Ltd. using your image (photograph and video) for any promotional purposes in connection with the Ford Fiesta Fashion Dash Campaign.

8. There will be 3 winners for the competition and each winner will win a prize. Each winner must sign the attached Participation Agreement as condition of redeeming the prize.

9. Each prize consists of a Ford Fiesta Styling Experience with a combination of ASOS products and ASOS vouchers, up to a maximum value of £1000. The Promoter will determine the combination of Products/Vouchers at their sole discretion. The vouchers can be redeemed at https://www.ASOS.com but cannot be redeemed on ASOS Marketplace, ASOS Premier, Fashion Finder or to buy ASOS Gift Vouchers. ASOS vouchers are valid for 1 year.

10. As part of the Fiesta Fashion Dash Styling Experience the winners will also receive styling from the fashion team, hair & make-up styling from a professional team, and will be photographed (still and moving) by a fashion photographer and videographer (art directed by ASOS team) 11. Closing date for entry to the competition is midnight on [Sunday 4th November 2012 date] The competition is a prize draw, and after the closing date of the competition, ASOS will select 3 winning entries (under independent supervision)

12. The 3 winners will be contacted by ASOS the week commencing [xxx date] to discuss their personal style and fashion preferences, so the prize can be tailored to this, and to agree the time and the address of the Fiesta Fashion Dash Experience (date is not flexible)

16. If you are one of our 3 winners, you will not be entitled to enter any further promotion run by ASOS and Ford Motor Company Ltd during 2012. 17. The Promotor is ASOS. ASOS’ decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

18. No cash or other alternatives are available, except that in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control ASOS reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
