Halloween Party Treat

We have been invited to a friends house for fireworks in a few weekends time. He is doing hotdogs which is yummy. Now I would like to take something sweet for afters so heres my question.....

what can I make which is extremely yummy, child friendly, and cheap and easy to make? I am thinking something chocolaty or marshmallowy. Was thinking of someting with popping candy also for a bit of fizz.

Your suggestions are most apreciated.

Thank you

i like that idea - never made them before though. apples are not expensive but not sure about lollypop sticks and no idea how to make the toffee!

In Scotland we have a game where we attach doughnuts to a string and try to eat them with our hands tied, the first person that eats the doughnut wins, the tradition used to be with scones dripped in treacle, but tastes change. Maybe you could suggest a game.
