iTunes gift card. Looks like it's aimed at students but there's nothing in the Ts&Cs to stop anyone from entering (it just says you need to be over 18 and in the UK).
They give a clue every week that leads to a code letter, and once you've got all 6 you email them and get entered into the competition.
They've sent out 4 clues already, the code letters are on these pages:

You wake up after a night out in Paris with no memory of the night before.
A frantic message tells you that your friend Steve is missing, and the only way to find him is to piece together the clues from last night.
Follow the clues, find Steve, and you could win an iPad2 with accessories!
What do I do?
We’ve hidden a series of code letters and numbers throughout the Confused.com site and on its social networks. Each week we’ll release a clue on this page to bring you one step closer to finding Steve. All previous clues will remain on this page so everyone has a chance at winning. There are five code letters and one code number to find. Make a note of the code letter each week and you'll soon have the code word to enter.
So I've got all the code letters. Now what?
Once you have all the code letters, just send us an email to scavengerhunt@confused.com with your full name, postal address and the code word. A winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries (and more importantly, all correct entries will discover the whereabouts of Steve). The competition will close on November 14th.

Tried with calypso and got this email back:Hi,
Thanks for your entry, though you're a little early and the code isn't quite right. There is one more clue yet to come and one last piece of the code to collect. The final clue will be released on Wednesday 31st October, so check back on the scavenger hunt page and keep helping us to find Steve!
The best of luck to you. We're all counting on you.
