Got to admit Marisa - I don't think those shifts look bad. Week 2 and 4 are nice ones!

They are nice weeks on paper but you end up spending most of them asleep and not having a stable clock at all, because as soon as you get in a routine it changes again
The hard bit is when you switch from a day to a night with only 2days off and those days are often weekends so its too noisy to sleep in the day due to neighbourhood kids.

We all thought it looked nice till we tried it.
