Is this still cheaper than buying from the shops as I'm considering this offer - I've never bought bulbs before and am thinking that p&p is on the high side. TIA0

Yes the P&P is high, there are usually better offers around this time of year if you don't mind waiting, usually for £0.50-£1 less.
Although mainly the other bulb offers tend to be mixed variety, with alot of alliums and just a few daffs and tulips included. Depends what you want really.0 -
Go to the pound shop and spend the postage money on a mixture of bulbs.
The 99p shop is cheaper!0
