Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion applicable to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over. Employees of Kia Motors (UK) Limited or their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse or life partners), subsidiaries, associated and affiliated companies, their agents or anyone else connected professionally with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person. No bulk entries received nor entries via third parties will be accepted. No purchase is necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The ‘KIA cee’d Stress-Free’ promotion will run at the following shopping centres on the following dates;

Leicester - Highcross 10th & 11th November 2012
Milton Keynes - Centre MK 17th & 18th November 2012
Glasgow - Silverburn 24th & 25th November 2012

Manchester - Arndale Centre 28th & 29th December 2012
3. To enter, participants should visit kia.co.uk/stress-free, select their favourite Stress-Free feature of the new Kia cee’d and complete the entry form.
Entry to the Australian Open 2013 tennis tournament package prize promotion closes at midnight (GMT) on 27th November 2012. Entry to the promotion for all other prizes closes at midnight (GMT) on 14th January 2013.
Participants who nominate their favourite feature, complete all fields of the entry form and agree to accept the terms and conditions will be entered into the first independently supervised random prize draw taking place on 28th November 2012 from which 1 winner will be drawn. Once the winner has been drawn all non-winning eligible entries will be placed into a second independently supervised draw, along with entries on and after 28th November 2012, for the remaining prizes.
By submitting your details, you hereby declare that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of the entry.
The Prizes
i) The winner of the prize draw conducted on 28th November 2012 will win a Kia Australian Open 2013 tennis tournament package. The winner plus one guest will receive standard economy return flights (Open ticket is not allowed) from UK to Melbourne, Australia. The prize includes 2 x adult entry tickets to the Australian Open 2013 to see one Men’s and/or one Women’s Singles Semi-Final and Men’s Singles Final Match, a behind the scenes tour of Melbourne Park and a Melbourne city tour. The winner must be 18 years or older on the date of winning notification and both guests must have a valid passport for travel. Visas will be arranged by the Promoter on behalf of the winner and guest. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the Promoter. Winner and guest must be available for UK outbound flight on Tuesday 22nd or Wednesday 23rd January and return flight Saturday 26th or Sunday 27th January 2013. If any Winner is unable to travel on the date offered in the Prize, the Prize is deemed forfeited and Kia Motors (UK) Limited reserves the right to revoke the prize and may reallocate in its absolute discretion. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Normal air carrier travel terms and conditions apply. Winner and guest are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers within the UK. The Promoter will provide airport transfers in Australia for winner and guest to and from hotel accommodation in Melbourne. Winner and guest accommodation will be a twin room at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Full schedule will be supplied 2 weeks prior to outbound flight. All the meals within the official schedule will be covered by the Promoter. Winner and guest should respect meal times due to the hotel's meal preparation procedure. If in the opinion of the organisers any competition winner or their guest(s) are deemed to be behaving in a way that might cause offence, a disturbance, or pose a threat to the safety of any other person attending or working at any element of the Kia Australian Open 2013 tennis tournament package, then the Promoter may arrange for that person / those persons be escorted from it. The Promoter shall not be responsible for events outside its control which results in the winner/guests missing Men’s and/or Women’s Semi Final match or Mens Final match. The prize does not include travel or personal insurance (including health insurance) and winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining their own insurance and are liable for this cost. Competition winners will be liable for the cost of any additional food or beverages purchased while on passenger aircraft, trains or during their road transit, or not included in the full schedule. The Kia Australian Open 2013 tennis tournament package is offered for the dates outlined above. The prize does not include any costs (including the cost of a replacement return flight) relating to an extension of the trip.
ii) The first winner drawn in the second independently supervised prize draw will win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is a new Kia cee’d ‘2’ 5 door 1.4 98bhp 6 speed petrol manual Metallic vehicle colour dependent on availability and to be specified at Promoters discretion. The basic price is £13,008.33. The RRP is £15,610.00. The estimated on the road price is £16,395.00 (prices correct as of August 2012). The winner or their nominated driver must be in possession of a UK driver’s license. A photocopy / scan of the photo card
and counterpart will need to be provided to the Promoter prior to being officially declared the winner. The prize excludes all other costs and arrangements (including, but not limited to, the costs of obtaining comprehensive insurance cover for the prize vehicle, vehicle excise duties and any other applicable taxes or fuel) not expressly included in the prize. Additional charges or expenses not expressly included in the prize are payable solely by the winner. The Promoter will not be held liable where such charges and/or expenses are incurred by the winner, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter will accept no responsibility where the winner is unable to pay in full, any such charges and /or expenses incurred. The winner of the prize must obtain, and provide a copy to the Promoter, fully comprehensive insurance cover for the prize vehicle before the prize vehicle is handed over, and sign any relevant supporting order forms, consents, waivers or releases when taking up the prize. Failure to sign any relevant documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize. The winner will be required to travel to a mutually convenient Kia dealership to receive and collect their prize. It is at the sole discretion of the Promoter whether or not to reimburse the winner’s reasonable travel costs howsoever and when so ever incurred.
iii) The next 7 winners drawn in the second independently supervised prize draw will win the choice of 1 of 2 “experience” prize options. Prize consists of the loan of a Kia cee’d ‘2’ (specification at discretion of the Promoter dependent upon availability) for one weekend between 19th January and 26th May 2013. The vehicle will be delivered to the winners home address, by the Promoter, at an arranged time on Friday and collected on Sunday evening of the agreed weekend of activity. Dates of activity will be agreed once winners have selected their experience and will be subject to availability of the Kia cee’d. Winners will need to be in possession of a UK driver’s license with no more than 6 points. A photocopy / scan of photo card and counter part will need to be provided to the Promoter prior to being officially declared the winner. The winner must complete a vehicle inspection checklist document upon receipt of and return of vehicle and be countersigned by Kia representative. The Promoter will provide insurance for the winner only for the complete hire period. The car will be provided with a full tank of fuel and the winner must ensure that there is sufficient fuel in the car upon collection for the Promoter to get to the nearest garage to re-fuel.
“Experience” prize options are as follows:
a. Stress-free Spa day for 2
The Promoter will arrange for the winner, plus a guest, to attend a Spa selected and arranged by the Promoter, considering location of winners UK residence on the mutually agreed weekend (subject to Spa and Kia cee’d availability). The prize value is £200 per person (maximum 2 people) to spend within the Spa on treatments, products or any other facilities available within the chosen Spa. Prize to be booked and taken by 26th May 2013.
b. Stress-free golfing day for up to 4
The Promoter will book a round of golf for the winner and guests (up to 4 people) at a premium golf club local to the winners home address on the mutually agreed weekend (subject to golf club and Kia cee’d availability). The prize value is £400 (inc. VAT) per group (maximum 4 people) to spend at the agreed golf club, including green fees and any associated costs to play at the course. Prize to be booked and taken by 26th May 2013.

Any additional costs above the specified prize value must be covered by the winner. The winner and guest must ensure they adhere to all rules set by the nominated Spa / golf club and the Promoter will not be held responsible for any misconduct whatsoever.
iv) The final 7 runners-up drawn will win a HoMedics CBS 1000 ShiatsuMax back & shoulder massager up to the value of £300. Prize will be delivered to the winners’ UK address within 28 days of claiming the prize.
The winner of the Australian Open 2013 package prize promotion will be selected from those entries which are valid by a random prize draw conducted by the Promoter, overseen by an independent person on 28th November 2012. All non-winning entries will still be valid for the remaining promotional prize draw.
The winners of the remaining prizes will be selected from those entries which are valid by a random prize draw conducted by the Promoter, overseen by an independent person on 15th January 2013.
The winner of the Australian Open 2013 prize will be notified by email and phone by midnight (GMT) on 28th November 2012. If a potential winner is unable to claim their prize, a runner up who has fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions and was selected from the random draw will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted via the phone number or email they have submitted as part of their entry, or through no fault of the Promoter the winner has not responded to claim the prize within 48 hours of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the prize and may re-select an alternative winner in its absolute discretion.
The winners of the final prize draw will be notified by email and phone by midnight (GMT) on 15th January 2013. If a potential winner is unable to claim their prize, a runner up who has fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions and was selected from the random draw will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted via the email they have submitted as part of their entry, or through no fault of the Promoter by midnight (GMT) on 29th January 2013 (10 working days post contact), the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the prize and may re-select an alternative winner in its absolute discretion.
4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize is only available to the winner in person. Under no circumstances can prizes be transferred once the winner and guest's details have been submitted. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control it reserves the right to provide similar prizes of equal or greater value.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems of traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a Participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in relation to the promotion. The computer record of the entry will be considered as being the formal entry. Any entry not adhering to the above format or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for entry information or results lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept application names that are considered by the Promoter in its sole discretion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the application will appear under a default name chosen by the Promoter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to require the winners to participate in publicity events in relation to this promotion for Kia Motors (UK) Limited or any Kia Motors Limited in Europe. In particular, the Promoter may publish the winner's name, county, photographs and footage of the winner and guest receiving their prize, during and after their trip via the following; Kia Motors (UK) Limited website (https://www.kia.co.uk), Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/kiamotorsuk), twitter account (@KiaUK), in future editions of Eureka Magazine, Fleet Eureka Magazine. By participating in the promotion, each Participant explicitly agrees to grant Kia Motors (UK) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates a royalty-free, exclusive indefinite licence to publish and broadcast and otherwise use the material in any media worldwide including the unlimited right to sub-licence (This may include the transmission of the material by our overseas partners). Each participant further confirms that the publishing or broadcast of the material will not breach any third party's intellectual property or associated rights or that all necessary permissions have been obtained, and agrees to indemnify Kia against any claims brought by a third party for breach of such rights.
8. By participating in the promotion, you agree that no claim shall be asserted against the Promoter, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employers, employees or agents in respect of any and all loses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential loses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from your acceptance of the prize to the full extent permissible in law.
9. The Promoter is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the ‘Kia cee’d Stress-Free’ promotion. This limitation does not exclude any liability for negligence by the Promoter or death or personal injury arising out of such negligence.
10. Participants' personal information will be used and/or disclosed for the purposes of running the promotion, for participation in the prize and in accordance with the Promoters' Privacy Policy, which is located at https://www.kia.co.uk.
11. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence in relation to the promotion.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
13. This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the entry or interpretation of these terms and conditions.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions upon entering the Promotion.

Thanks for the comp - some good prizes!
Sorry to bump, but I think the end date for entries to win the car is 14th January 2013.

There's a deadline of 27/11 for the draw for the Aussie Open prize, but entries for the other prizes can continue until 14 Jan 2013.
