Hi All

so here is my confession, i have around 2 bin liners of underwear i do not want. Some of it regular blank pants etc some of it very nice underwear worn once. All sizes etc all in very good condition. (please dont make me confess how i got to this much underwear LOL!) :o

Anyway I feel awful to just throw in the bin, I have no idea if I can put in the clothes bin for recycling.

suggestions, ideas etc sooooooo welcome.

thanks

I cut mine up and use as rags.

Handy for cleaning the toilet with, mopping up spills on the floor, using when decorating etc.

If you do not want to keep them put them in the recycling.

Can't think of anything smart to put here...
  • rags if fine with the basic stuff, but some is silk and

I am slightly phobic of other people to the point that if i end up having to throw the nice stuff away i am going to destroy them before i put them in the bin. throw oil all over it and cut it up into very small pieces so yeah ebay is not for me

    just soooo freakyyy..... *shudder*

There are places that buy rags for about 50p/kilo, you would need to check your local area.

Put it in the clothes bin in bags that are knotted with a label on saying washed and clean used underwear. Then they can rag it without worrying. I am sure if it smells fresh no one will keep it for the wrong reasons, lol. No need to waste oil.

    Yes.

I once advertised a pair of my daughter's jazz tights that were nearly new but she had outgrown them. I got some funny emails asking if I had anything unwashed.

Never put anything like that on there again!!

Cotton (and I presume silk) will compost if you're that way inclined :D
