I just bought some first and second class stamps from here and saved around 8% - not to be sniffed given the price of stamps these days! Free delivery

I can't personally vouch for that business as I've never used them, but on 2 occasions now I have successfully used another online stamp supplier. A Ltd company and they give the option to collect from their premises too.

Just search for 'cheap postage stamps' and you'll find them and others!

I was wondering how companies such is this can undercut the PO and still make a profit - I guess they acquired stock prior to recent price rises?

Ordered and paid over £100 worth of stamps 16 July 2013. Received e-mail stating that they would be dispatched by 29 Aug 2013 and that if I wanted to place another order they would give me £5 discount????. I have complained and asked for refund but no comms. I have now asked my bank to investigate. 3 months to post stamps seems an awful long time. Why do they take orders if they are not in stock??

I too had this problem, waited 2 months for an order which never came but eventually did get a refund. Just try phoning them every day until they do something about it. The MD's name is Ashley, so you could try asking for him each time you phone with a different reason. I was told that he is the only one who can authorise refunds. If that fails, isn't there something you can do with chargeback?

I ordered about 2 months ago and have emailed them every week and they have come up with a different excuse every time. They told me both there managing directors had to be rushed to hospital and they expected me to believe that ! Someone needs to shut them down..?
They are probable not registered as a business to avoid tax.

Definitely a dodgy company. Ordered stamps 2nd October, got email about everyone in the company going on life support and then I called everyday - apparently then the accounts system was down so 'everyone has gone home because they had nothing to do'. No word on the refund and I spent £60.00 on stamps. A month and a half for a response or refund is outrageous. I also paid on debit card so I don't think I can do chargeback. Anyone know about this?

If it is a VISA debit card then you can do a chargeback. Contact you bank for the forms.

It's worth quoting this to highlight how crap and misleading your website, Midasbusinesssolutions.co.uk is.

You charge £57 for 100x60p stamps but then add on 60p for tax (whatever that is :rotfl:) and £3 for delivery making them more expensive than buying from any Post Office. Not only that but the SSL encryption with your payment processor is broken.

I've rate both your website and Romancart.com as untrustworthy on Web of Trust.
