I do something similar, but I'm only able to stretch 1 colour to 2 goes - and only when the colourant is in a bottle, not a tube that you have to pierce (that's so I can fairly accurately mix half and half). It can get quite technical - rulers, level surfaces etc.:) How do you stretch it out to 6 months? How do you make sure you have the right amount of colourant to developer? Please let me in on your secret!

However, to answer your question, I have used a foam colour before and yes, you do have to mix them!

I colour hubbys little bit of hair with mix together perm supadrug stuff.
I get a ramekin dish and put equal blobs in and mix with the toothbrush, then paint it on.
A box lasts months and months hth

Hi cherrykp, these a permanant dyes. I used to use Nice and Easy but now use these and find them just as good, if not better quality. There are plenty left in stock in Lincoln as I picked some up today. The only thing is the bolnde shades I buy often turn out much lighter than the shades on the box, but the colour is quite natural looking. I find the bolndes in this brand are less brassy than other brands.
