Me again..
Just following on from my earlier thread,I'd like to know the best way to proceed.
At the moment I am with the Coventry BS and my initial repayment mortgage is for £99k.Last year we took out additional borrowing with Coventry for £12k to build an extension and other general improvements.(I should mention that the additional was taken out over the same period as the mortgage.)
Our current deal ends at the end of June and are currently in the market looking for deals.
Would it be a good idea to remortage for the whole lot with Coventry or another lender.
(Can confirm that there are no early payment penalty in the additional borrowing..)
What factors do I need to consider in doing this..?
Thanks for the ongoing advice..

...Am I right in thinking it would be ok to amalgamate the 2 parts of lending into one if the overall rate is lower..?:j0
