Field & Trek Free Delivery

Has anyone else noticed that there is a problem with the Field & Trek Free delivery? I received yet another mail from them today stating that free delivery is available when I place goods to the value of £60 in my basket. As I needed some items, I thought that would be useful.

When I placed goods to the value of £62 inmy basket and tried to check out, it was charging for delivery, so I went to look at their UK Delivery Options in their Customer Services area - this stated free delivery when you spend over £70!
When I went back to the basket and added items to reach £72 I had a message displayed on screen saying "Just spend an extra £3 for free UK postage and packing", meaning you have to spend £75 before you get free delivery.:mad:

I have completed one of their contact forms but received no reply. Is it lawful to be touting different rates and then not honouring them? Does anyone know whether you can force them to give the free delivery?

I take it the email didn't have a code for free delivery over £60? If the company doesn't respond to contact then probably better spending your money elsewhere. Looks to be a member of the sports direct group of companies who have a lot of poor reviews (I'll buy from them but only after seeing the quality of the product instore)
