How to report a fake competition

Hello, please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place, but I was wondering whether anyone knew of how to go about reporting a fake facebook competition?
There was one going on Facebook, and me and a few friends have suspicions that there was never really a competition at all.

Lots of them are like that or they blatantly give the prize to friends or something.
Facebook comps are supposed to be run on apps so they can be governed a little bit!
