well after considerable dragging of feet.. santander I must say have been pathetic from start to finish, and the completion date has been set back two times, and might not now complete before christmas due to santanders insistance of having there legal team look over any covenant on the property, despite these being all OK with the solicitors...they took over a week to give another reply that now needs further cogetation from them, and supporting documentation from my solicitors... I don't think I will ever move house again! and if they decide finally that they are still not happy with a covenant on the property. i'll have to do what I should have probably done in first place and payed the ERP and sort this without the mortgage... in a round about fashion, but then at least I can complete when I want to.
I would recommend Santander to no-one.0
