Company gone into administration with outstanding order

We have bought a bathroom from a company in September that was due to be delivered early October but the delivery kept on either not turning up or only bringing one item. To get the plumbers working we cancelled the bath and got one from somewhere else. Still waiting on a toilet, radiator and money back for shower waste and the bath we have found out that the company has gone into administration. Without a bathroom we bought a toilet and radiator from elsewhere thinking we would never receive the order but the administrators are now saying that they will do there best to complete the deliveries. When asked if we could cancel the order, they replied that this would mean we have cancelled the order after the company had gone into administration but I do not know what that means legally and whether or not we should cancel or just accept the deliver.

Did you put ANY of the payment onto a credit card?
If so, seek reimbursement from your card provider.0 -
Unfortunately not, it was paid on a visa debit card, we have contacted the bank and they have said they need a letter showing the company have gone into administration before they can do anything. We are waiting on this letter, but I am again not entirely sure what they are able to do if the administrators are telling us they are going to try to deliver.0
