Anyone know if their holiday entitlement includes bank holidays? On their website it says 22-25 days which is below the legal requirement of 28 days, but it can't be exclusive of bank holidays as I'm sure it's always open except Christmas and Easter?

I'd imagine it will be 22-25 plus bank holidays. A company their size can trade bank hols, cos there's always enough staff willing to work."Most of the people ... were unhappy...
