Best buy incontinence pants
kefb
I thought I would add this post in case anyone, like me, has to buy incontinence pants (not pads, which are available on the NHS after referral). The pants can be expensive to buy so any cost saved, helps! I buy them for my Mum who suffers from dementia and now has double incontinence. (The pads unfortunately, kept getting flushed down the loo - hence the switch to pants.) Best buy (and delivered under wraps!) is from www,blushingbuyer.com (about 71-80p per pant) vs £1 elsewhere. Reliable service and great for anyone who doesn't have time to shop around and/or finds it difficult to get bulky items home,
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.

Can I mention that there is an operation that you can have, where your bladder is hoisted upwards and tied up with teflon (yes, not very medical, I know!). I had this done in 1998, and haven't looked back. Best thing I have done. I used to shower, go downstairs, and have to go back up again to change! The incontinence was really terrible, a blight on my life, and since the operation I have had no problems, maybe an occasional little infection say twice in the last 9 years, sorted with drinking a little Cranberry juice.
Would recommend this as operation, although it is major surgery. It was done in South Africa where I was living at the time (so no MRSA and clean hospital). Tiny bikini scar. I think that if I had to pay for it, I would still do this and forego a few holidays to pay for it.
Hope this helps
Love
