I filled in the form for a free sample. After pressing SUBMIT the form disappears but no confirmation came up. Did something go wrong or is that normal?

I placed an order 9.12.12 and paid via paypal for my order.
I emailed to chase and did not get any reply, messaged on their facebook page, no reply so commented on their facebook page and they deleted my comment and have stopped me from posting on their page!
Does this sound like a reputable company!!

Going with a dispute via paypal to get the refund on my large order.

Be very wary of this company
