I have signed myself off the sick at an attempt to see how i managed physically and mentally. If i cant cope is there a cooling off point where i can go back on ESA without the rigmarole of going through the medical assement stage. Like 6 weeks or something.

Another thing i am worried about is my employer wont give me the company PAYE reference that i need to claim tax credits and at the same time hasnt given me a wage slip. He is uncooperative. I am worried sick about whats happening :(

Have a given up being on ESA for a tax evasive job that i might not manage?
