Hey all,
DS (10) has a day out with the sea cadets on Saturday, he will be gone from 7.30 and not back until 6ish. They are going on things like Jacobs ladder etc.
Breakfast will be porridge and berries, plus a banana smoothies.
He usually has packed lunches for school and I've just made seedy fruity flapjacks that he can have.
I just can't think past sandwiches and pasta salad. Any ideas for a great lunch that's going to keep him going? He is a big boy and eats like mad anyway. And he eats nearly everything
.
Thanks guys

Leftover pizza? Pasties? Hummous and dippy things? Sandwiches can ring the changes by using pitta or flatbreads, or maybe a mini picnic with little sausages, crackers and cheese etc?Bossymoo

These threads have loads of ideas that should help:
Packed Lunches for School
Packed Lunch for work
I'll add this thread to one of those later.
