I got mail today telling me the usual.Unfortunatly this item is out of stock so we will refund you blah blah blah.Doesnt this happen a lot when you think you have a bargin?0

I got the email confirming delivery and to allow 7 days. Then this morning a letter arrives in the mail to say due to escessive demand the item is not available and they are refunding my money.
Very strange to say its dispatched on 11th April at 16.38. And yet by 10am on 12th I have a letter in mail saying not available.0

            same here.
letter this morning saying due to excessive demand....blah blah blah!

Don't these companies get up your nose, I often wonder if these " bargains " are just a ploy to get you to their site?
If mine don't arrive, I will never use this company again.
They will go on my black list along with Currys, PC World, Dixons and Littlewoods, who all seem to play the same game.
Surely their systems know if they have stock when they take your order. 0 0

I called their customer services and asked why i was sent an email on 11th at 16.58 telling me that my suitcases had been dispatched and yet then got the letter this morning - in all probability the letter had been written before the email was sent.
Their response was that it was a automatic email sent out when the order was placed. So I pointed out to her what we all know it was the order confirmation I recieved at point of ordering and the later one was definatley a dispatch email.
I was offered to chance to speak to a supervisor but when I asked if that would get me the suitcases I was told no. So it seemed pointless hanging on at my expense to talk to someone else who was going to give me a load of waffle and do nothing.
So basically this company are liars who say things have been dispatched when they dont even have it. I shall never use them again, pointless wasting time filling details in online if the items are never going to arrive.0

Well i've not received a dispatch notice or a letter cancelling my order, although they did take the money from my account on 12 Apr.
 Anyone else had the same?
 thanks

I received mine yesterday and it looks like a £12.99 case. I do not know where they got the £79.99 RRP price from.0
