Harborough District Council are giving away 100 free Green Cones worth (£79.50) to the residents of Harborough, on a first come first serve basis, to claim yours visit https://www.greatgreensystems.com and type in you postcode, alternatively call 0800 731 2572. Please note that only one free cone is available per household.
