Advice on an application

Hello,
I am applying to work in Spain for 2 weeks at a media/arts organisation and am struggling with the application form. It's one of those forms where I think the questions are all the same!! Please help me!
The first and second questions are fine. All I had to mention was what I hoped to gain from the work experience and how it will help in my current job role. I want a career in music pr (i have a degree in music) and been told many times that I don't have enough pr experience. I spent a month working at a pr agency in London and did some pr work at a magazine in Birmingham for five months. I am hoping that at the placement, I can learn more skills in PR and apply that to job roles I have applied for across the UK, such as a Account Executive or Arts Administrator.
Now it's the next three questions that are throwing me off:
1) linking to europe - how would your participation help you implement your personal development plan? - my plan is to have a career in music pr, which I already mentioned in the first question?
2) cultural development- identify cultural differences between the host countries and the UK - the host countries are Spain, Portugal, Malta and Italy. I do not know what to mention that is relevant to the application.
3) dissemination - identify two activities which can ''spread the word'' about the programme - the programme is for unemployed, job seekers, graduates etc. Would I have to come up with my own ideas for activities?
Any advice will be much appreciated
x

seems fairly straightforward to be honest with you and not similar questions at all..
anyway
1) straightforward - why do you want to do this in Europe instead of UK? Don't say 'because that's where this opportunity is', lol, think of some reasons European experience is going to be useful for you.
2) They seem to be simply finding out if you've done any research - there are loads of cultural differences between UK and Spain, so write some up. I'd concentrate on job related stuff, but also mention general cultural differences. eg working hour *siesta, company set ups, food, religious beliefs blah blah blah.
3) yes, you need to think of two activities yourself.
You have to be creative and able to come up with ideas, do research, and write well to work in PR.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0 -
2. I would be busy researching things like concert attendances and audience behaviour in the two countries..... What sort of music is popular and do you have any theories about why?Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
