TBH it seemed cheap to me, not bought one for a few years as we built one at home but my mate was going to but a 'cheap' one the other day and expected to spend about £15 so I sent him the link.
Might well be the going price I guess but you can't argue its not cheap?0 -
i too cant understand why this has been posted...on the other hand tescos did have a fab range of massive disposible bbq's for 61p! now that was a bargain worth posting!0

Its not cheap compared to other similar BBQs0 -
Martin would not post something because he was "getting a back hander" otherwise he would allow advertising on this site if he wanted to do get some money from it. Maybe hes not that up on barbques and thought it was a good bargain.
I've saved tonnes on this website as have most people on here so i think you people that have been a bit mean about his post should give him a break!0 -
As many have pointed out, this is not much of a bargain compared with the disposable 61p ones and similar cheap, nasty ones that retail at about this price.
I'm very surprised Martin has put his name to this one in particular being a bargain. It seems he doesn't always find the bargains attributed to him, so no idea if this was the case or not here.
Don't see any need for the aggresive posts earlier either in this thread, but hey, thats just my opinion.
I also agree with mandles that this site has saved me a small fortune for which I am very grateful.0 -
I agree the back hander comment was harsh and have deleted it0

The way I see it Martin has simply started a thread mentioning BBQs. It's up to the rest of us to post alternative bargain BBQs in this thread. This site provides a plethora of information and offers of all sorts so I do wish the back-biting and sniping would stop. If you're dissatisfied with the post(s) then don't post, ignore them, go elsewhere, or try finding an alternative bargain and posting it.
Well that's my tuppence worth... stumbles off soap box.... falls over and skewers himself on a rusty skewer, of all things....:D
Cheers

This is grabbit, it's not the place to post a discussion about cheap BBQs.
Martin thought that the BBQ was a bargain, turns out it wasn't. I'm not having a go, even the MSE can make mistakes.0 -
Taxi for Martin!:laugh:0
