Not received my prize yet!

I won a comp from dontpaniconline.com, see thread: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4196759=

They told me on 25th Sept that my book would be dispatched within a couple of days.

I'm patient, so I waited until 11th October (over 2 weeks) and emailed back the guy who first informed me of my win. I received an out of office saying he no longer works there.

I followed up with the email address suggested in the out of office the same day, and have also now emailed the main email address on their site yesterday. I've not received a response.

Any one have any experience with this sort of scenario?

Companies usually respond quickly if you message on their social media

Received an email from them this evening, typical! Hopefully all will be fine now!
