Mortgage Advise - missed payments

Hi,
I'm hoping for some advice prior to seeing a mortgage advisor, situation is:
Joint mortagage (with fiance):
100k joint income, looking to borrow 250 with 30k deposit.
Her credit history is perfect except 1 missed payment 3yrs ago
My history is perfect past 12 months and approx 5 missed payment 12 months previous. No CCJs, defaults, etc... Only ever missed payments.
Is this reasonable criteria for mortgage application with high street. Just very worried about missed payments even if over 12 months ago.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Should be ok, although if they are consecutive payments this will be harder.
If they are only 1's on the credit file, I would expect you to be ok.
Obviously some lenders are more flexible than others on these missed payments.
