I've posted on their wall about 20 mins ago, but managed to get through to someone on twitter. However, a complaint has already been put in with the ASA. They've inboxed me back on twitter saying that they want us to have our prizes but you have to call someone to discuss it. I can't call at the moment though as I sort of lost my voice due to having flu and tonsilitis
