Hi,
My Dad took out an endowment policy with Royal Insurance Company called Safelink Plus, I have conatacted Royal & Sun Allince today and they have never heard of the policy. My Dad can't find his policy number and can't recall when he last made a payment - could be a long time ago. Does anybody else remember this policy name?
How do I find out any information about this.
Any help really appreciated.
Thanks

Royal Insurance merged with Sun Alliance to become Royal & Sun Alliance. Later R&SA sold their life and pensions book to Resolution to concentrate on general insurance (mainly using their More Than brand).
The records of the policy would be with Resolution and not Royal & Sun Alliance.
Resolution placed the company under the Phoenix Life Group and should be able to trace the policy from name, date of birth and addresses (include previous addresses).
