Hi there,

Anybody had problems with the above named debt collection company. My husband has recently been contacted by them. They have been rude and argumentative with one person shouting down the telephone at him! I have looked at their Code of Conduct and Complaints procedure but when stated over the telephone that we wished to complain the telephone was put down on us!

I haven't heard of them but if they phone again, state you do not wish to discuss anything over the phone, and they should contact you only in writing. They can't force you to speak to them on the phone. It can feel very intimidating and sometimes you say and agree to things you later regret. Good luck.
