    You're doing great and its also good that you're beating yourself up about getting into debt in the first place because its very unlikely you will do it again once you are debtfree. You will only have to remember what a long hard struggle it was and how you had to suffer and you will pull yourself back from any unwise spending.
    The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best
