Update on this:
a bottle of bubbly (free, was given a few bottles at christmas and I don't drink!)
naran ji (baylis & harding) liquid soap (1.49, semi-chem!)
gardening gloves (3 pairs for 1.00)
Gladioli bulbs (1.00)
pack of seeds of 6 different plants (1.00)
bottle of plant food pellets (1.00)
2 big bars of her favourite chocolate (0.50)
a packet of tomato seeds (Free)
am working on two phase bubble bath. Found this by accident. Had Tesco's own blue muscle relaxing bubble bath in glass decanter and added some Tesco blue shiny creme bath. It doesn't mix! The layer between is curved not straight which looks fab! So hunting for a nice glass bottle cheap and I'll pick up some more Tesco bubble bath and pop this in her hamper too.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Not sure about how much you want to spend but this is a good idea especially if she likes gardening

Your local garden centre might sell it or something similar

Check out the vouchers that Boots give out when you spend so much, I've got some great deals lately - £2 off full size spa sanctuary (so only costs you £2), buy one get one free on Trevor Sorbie hair stuff, £5 off No7 - this one was great as you could buy a £6 nailpolish for a quid, as I was buying nappies I ended up with quite a few, a bit of cellophane and tied up with ribbon. Ask around your friends as well for their vouchers, you'll be surprised at those that don't use them.0

Last year I found some fab bath salts in tesco, plain white but lavender scented with bits of lavender mixed in so look very posh, only cost about 1.99 & looke dmuch more expensive (not at all old fashioned like most lavender) and sort of garden orientated?
What about a nail brush - an essential after garden work!
Hair scrunchies, clips or a hair band if she has long enough hair?
Garden twine/wire
Those plastic lolly-stick type seed name markers

Well its complete (and if I work out how to use photobucket I'll post a photo). In it is:
a bottle of bubbly (free, was given a few bottles at christmas and I don't drink!)
naran ji (baylis & harding) liquid soap (1.49, semi-chem!)
gardening gloves (3 pairs for 1.00)
Gladioli bulbs (1.00)
pack of seeds of 6 different plants (1.00)
bottle of plant food pellets (1.00)
2 big bars of her favourite chocolate (0.50)
a packet of tomato seeds (Free)
Avon body spray (her fave, 1.25)
All laid out in a cut flower basket (she loves cutting flowers from her garden to display in the house so now she has one of those posh baskets to put them in to prevent the stems getting snapped while you work (cost: 40p), I lined this with a sheet of tissue paper (5p?). All in I spent about 8 pounds. Giving her it later today. She's had her hair cut short so I'll need to use hair bands I got her for someone else!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
