    When I ordered it never asked for the first number , so you do not need it , I am sure I have shopped with them before ,but I filled out new registration . ordered 4 pillows at £10 .

    No it was posted to me in a letter , also when I got the confirmation email it did not show the discount , so I emailed them and was told it was being processed and deducted from the invoice.
