Does anyone have one of these and are they any good? Im desperate to get rid of the rats in my garden. Ive seen one on argos for £15 im just a little bit unsure if it is another gimmick!

Not sure about the rat deterrent ones but we got the one that works on stopping cats coming into the garden. They have not been and 'messed' since putting it in. It costs about £20 but I would say that is worth compared to cat mess all the time. Got ours from Ebay. Hope the rat one works for you.If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................

We got on fro getting rid of mice in our kitchen and it was totally useless. We had to use the old fashioned manual wooden one - it was bit messy but did the trick. i think for rats you might be better calling the council.0
