please help in desperate need of a bike

I am in desperate need of loosing weight and getting fit. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a reasonable cheap bike. Ive seen a few on the woolworthes website but they are always pout of stock. Any help would be much appreciated

Even though Halfords gets knocked on this forum, I have found the bike side of the business very good. And they are open to haggling, I got money off and a load of extras thrown in.

Yes - usually adjust(fit)seat and handle bars/fit pedals and front wheel.
