I have excepted a offer on my home today, thing is I have mortgage of 90k and the offer was 190k. We have cats and most of them are old and renting will not allow pets and if I was to rehome them, it would kill me. I could go to my parents but they have a cat with FIV, feline Aids 
Is it possible to transfer my current mortgage to the new property as I want to leave me some money to live on while I look for another job.
Please help, I really am worried. Also, I have CCJ's on me as been unemployed for the 1st time ever 8 months and still not a sniff of work in London.

Agreed, until you have an income you wont get another mortgage, not even with your existing lender.0
