The 404 error is because after the "www" bit they've put the number "4" so it reads "www4". Take out the 4 and it's all okay.

The 404 error page is only a redirect to the main site. As far as I can tell, you're still entered if you get the "Thanks for taking part" message which is displayed on the page before the redirect.

404 error... yet another professional company that hasn't checked their website for compliance in different browsers

You can't take the 4 out of the URL 'til the very end of the survey, which is when it appears (for me anyway). This is after I'd submitted and got the error page up. Tried taking it out at this point and it just redirected me to the main web page, so presuming it's not gone through.

Is anybody not actually getting the full survey like me? It asks me my age & sex & then skips to question 23 which is my email address & then not submitting
