TUPE and pay

Hi my other half has just been tuped over to another company and the new company are saying that she has to work a lye week, even though she did it with the last company.

Are they allowed to do this, as she is also working a week behind on the wages. Her next pay package (for working 7 weeks) she is only going to be receiving 5 weeks worth of pay. Is this right?

Thanks in advance.

she needs to check if the week in hand has been carried over with the TUPE,

if not the old company need to pay this as part of their final pay, if it has then the new company is liable for the payment.

It is important to check the pay day and the pay periods, both before and after the transfer to make sure they are not missing any pay.
