were looking to get back on the property ladder

can we borry 3.5 or 4x our joint income???

You can often get over 4X joint income but how much deposit do you have and is your credit cleanI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

the average income multiple with lenders is 4.7 - 4.9 x income but goes up the more you earn
