Does anyone have an email address for Capital One?
I'm getting hassled by letters/threats and I want to let them know about my BR but can't use the phone. Their website wants me to sign in to my account to contact them by electronic means but I've forgotten my username/password and to retrieve those you need your CVV number and the card was cut up and given to the OR so I don't have it.
I've tried to find it via Google but all I've found is a lot of people seeking the same answer!
If anyone knows their email address that would be great.

DMMOD@capitalone.com may be worth a go?
I think that is the one that is given to debt advisors to contact regarding client's insolvency? Or something like that?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I think that is from a while back, so not sure it's current or relevant now. May even bounce.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Nope it hasn't bounced or been rejected so I am assuming it's live and active. They may not reply due to privacy policy as their website says due to confidentiality they don't communciate by email, only through their secure signed in system on their site which I can't access. But even if they don't reply they should receive the information, note it and hopefully stop pestering me.
