This might sound really sad but I was due to return to work in November but I cited family problems so I don't return until January all because I needed to do these advents!!!

Last year, I was new, I didn't really know what was going on. This year I'm more clued-up so gonna enter as many as I can!

Just found this board and thread, advents are scary!
I normally find the ones I like and stick to those, I dont think I could manage them all!
  • Wow, that list is MASSIVE. I've no idea how I'll have time to do them all! I think i'll just pick out my favourites and stick to them. A week off work at the beginning of December might be on the cards for me too...

:heart:Thanks to all those lovely peeps who post comps!

with some of them it's best to enter as late in the dy as you can as some give prizes to the top 10 or 20 - last year I was number 2 at 9pm and didn't win
proud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl
  • I love the advents, can't wait for them to start again this year!

I enter normal comps by end date, so I do all the ones with the next day;s dates in the morning then get cracking on the advents. I give the daily comps a miss usually during December.

It's do-able if you're selective, I only enter for stuff I really want.

It'll be a big help that the kids don't break up until the 21st this year!

Dear Lord have not ventured in there since last year . Hats of to fnc63 if every comper gave me 50p each I wouldn't do it!
I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
