Emily_Rachel wrote: »Good afternoon. I am still a bit puzzled by this APG business. I can see it is great that S&G in A still compares with T at 20p, but why is it great that the price in A is now 1.89? Surely this just means you pay out more, but don't get a bigger return as you still buy it for an effective price of 18p. Or am I just being stupid? ( Always possible in my case! ) Oh and has anyone tried the 3 for 10GBP Albani wine offer today? Any chance that offer is not kicking in? Thanks!
The best APGs you get from items that have at least a 50% price difference. With the price rise now you still buy s and gs but you only need to buy half as many as before to get an even better APG.
Its also good if you need to do a bit of real shopping for food etc as it balances up items that dont have a price difference or only a tiny one. The name of the game is to pay for your shopping with as large an APG as you can manage with as little real money and also have another APG to look forward to for the next shopping trip next week.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
its a 40p MOC, a print off one, have a look at the top of the Printable MOC thread - not in itself a thing of great beauty but its a useful filler item for Sada and Tosco shops.
Generally the ones to get are the caramelle for 50p and the lemon meringue also 50p I think (??) but also some people have been getting the fairy cake mix.
Useful item for food banks or harvest festivals or you could do a baking gift pack with bowls and spoons and whisks etc
There's also an egg custard pack for 50p HTH:)0 -
A woman has twins, and gives them up for adoption. One of them goes to a family in Egypt and is named Amall. The other goes to a family in Spain, they name him Juan. Years later Juan sends a picture of himself to his mum. Upon receiving the picture, she tells her husband that she wished she also had a picture of Amall. Her husband responds, ''But they are twins. Once you've seen Juan, you've seen Amall.''0

I got the biscuits a couple of days ago, they were marked at £12 on the SEL in two of my stores, but they actually scanned at £5. HTH0 -
I was wondering if you add the Five Beans to your shopping, does it not bring down your APG, because Asda now have it at 50p? Thanks.0
