    Morning All

Had to skim a bit as away for the weekend having fun with the kids.

Printed off the aunt bessie F/b voucher for 50p off yorkshire puds last night (sorry don't know how to post links) tried it in sada lasts night and it gave £1.50 off instead when scanned ( so FREE). Also sada have 15 f 12 packs in stock so even better value.

Going a trip down to T's this morning to pick up £5 boots from last week also sneaky £7.50 ones as well.

Noticed Mccains smiles new promo started 2 packs needed to send away for crayolo stuff( ideal stocking fillers)

    have a good day everyone:)
  • Can someone please send me some drying weather. I have a load of towels on the line and really do not want to dry them inside!

Know how you feel- I have loads of things which can't be tumble dried(sweatshirts etc) and I just love a "good drying day" as they say here.

I don't have a tumble drier (by choice) and towels are the only real challenge.

    Morning everyone,

Hope everyone is good. I'm gonna make a trip to Mr A's in a little bit to get some S&G and a few other bits.

Are there any multibuys that its worth me trying? I don't mind experimenting a bit if there are any people were wondering about?
  • Morning pop pickers! This is not a whinge before I start.

However, I visited Tesco Aston Lane Brum, last night and they have told me i'm not allowed to get 4 reloaded and 4 beanz at a time.. which is what i've been sneakily doing whilst on the way to and way back from Asda (Can't help myself.. I can't stand reloaded or beenz, but they come in handy for visitors, as they keep their mits off my wine)...

    anyway...

The till manager insisted, after a lot of discussion, to confiscate my printed out vouchers. Its a long story, but she says that becuase the bar code was the same (which it is!), they all count as one voucher! I watched in horror as she scrumppled up all but the one print out and put the one of each through the till. So I still got a free can of beenz and a reloaded.. which is still a great result.. however, I am pee'd off that i've wasted printer ink.. which is a bit cheeky of me.. but I will make sure that I only ever take one voucher for each in there again.

There was a lot of talk about photo copying etc.

Just thought this might help someone who may go through the same thing.

In my opinion, its best to take just one voucher rather than more, if it has the same bar code.. = less hassle.

I'll take about half a dozen coupons and my email from Tecso CEO which says yes they do :D

  • Good morning all. I have got to work up the nerve to go and spend some money on new glasses today, used to get them online but need varifocals now and not happy with buying those on line. I HATE paying for things these days, even if I get some reduction!

don't know if you have a costco near you but got a very good price on my varifocals - good service and have an area fitting guy that comes once a month for contact lenses if you can't get a comfortable fit - gave my daughter various samples (including daily ones to try at T in the park!!)
    Might be worth a try
