Well one glass of wine down, waited for 20 mins then tried the breathaliser and I failed!!!!!! It went to amber, which is do not drive.
I bought this as a guideline only, not to look at drinking and driving, this is not something I do (having been in a very bad relationship with a windscreen in the 70s, before seat belts, and someone drove into us.)
I bought this for next day, it petrifies me that I may be over the limit next day after having a few the night before. I want to test all my limits, then use this as a guideline.
I never usually touch the car the day after drinking, but had to this past weekend, and my friends had one of these, which I easily passed, and still waited before driving.
Good grief, I did go on a bit there!!!

That is one of the things that makes me glad I don't drive. I just know that 99% of time I would fail next day but feel ok to drive:(

My DH had an accident 20 odd years ago, he drove the (mid) morning after, he was on the main road and someone pulled out of a side road and shunted him down a bank. Our car was written off and when they breathalysed him he was still over from the night before. He lost his licence for a year and was fined £360. The other guy was done for dangerous driving. My DS will not get in the car until he has blown clear on a breathalyser now, and with him having an under active thyroid it sometimes takes until late afternoon even if he has only had about 3 or 4 pints. They are definitely worth getting for peace of mind.
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

Just done a bit of rough research and it sounds a better offer than it is. Gordon's gin is £17 as is red Smirnoff so only £2 difference.

Tia Maria is only £12 in stains bobs against sadas £16 so a possible to add to the s v sada list I did earlier in Sada - still a bit short for a £40 shop but nearly there.

Not £2 diff if doing an apg though, ;)

It's a £3.50 diff so you only "pay" £13.50. Also good to bump up to the £40 CS threshold

Loreal wipes are good S or T filler. Cost £3, use £2.50 MOC so pay 50p, get back APG on wipes worth £1.65 ;)

So say you bought gin and voddie at £17 each and wipes at £3, that is £37 spend. Buy 5 other things that come to over £3 and you have spent £40 and can now use one cond spend and generate another.

Say your 5 fillers don't contribute to the apg. In that case you spend £40, use £5 CS and £2.50 MOC, get back £8.65 apg plus another £5 cond spend
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen
