'Amidst all the carnage and the chaos that ripped through Cardiff Last Friday....one little story that restores your faith in human kindness. It was a bad day in Cardiff last Friday.......but little things like this are so very important......They provide hope in the middle of all the despair......There are a great many good people out there......but it seems we only get to hear about the bad........which is why this simple story needs to be shared.'

I cried when I read this. Its lovely to hear of such kind acts.

Very nice to hear you sounding bright and happy 3dogs. You sound like the old you. I got talking to an old man with a nice dog on the beach this morning ( as you do) he reckoned us women are made of strong stuff.....he could be right:)

I think I will be able to use it, athritic hands permitting - it is amazing what you can do when you have to If not, it will come in handy for Andy & Steve to use when they come up to visit

I'll never learn!
Reflux playing up all because I ate garlic!! I love it but it doesn't love me
Just taken meds but know I'll be up for at least another hour or two. I sleep on my tummy but that makes the reflux worse, can't lie on my side or my back so have to sit up, the only up side being that I can hopefully start reading some of the kindle books I downloaded for my iPad.

I'm so tired!
