dd is ok but took over 30 minutes to calm her down and that was only after promising to take her into the bat cave which i'm terrified of.
Awe, bless her. :A
What a horrible situation to be in for all of you.
I hope she's not too traumatized.N1LDA0 -
Good evening Peeps and Peepettes.
I'd like to ask a question if I may be so bold. I've always been a deodorant-stick man, but have started to make use of the S&G (Body Responsive no less)
However, when I give a quick burst - most of it seems to be bouncing off my body and filling the bathroom with a white cloud. I end up running out gasping for air. Am I doing something wrong?Friendship Is Magic.0 -
hope everyone is having a great weekend. last few days have been pretty carp for me
mil having trouble with her partner, she is 67 , not very well he is a bit younger than her and drinks at least a bottle of vodka a day, plus tins of tennents!
hes becoming quite abbusive towards her, and pinned her against the wall, but she keeps going back in spite of us staying she can stay with us.
easy for me to say as have never been in this situation, but i've said she either needs to leave or put up and not tell us as its upsetting.
didnt expect this kind of situation occurring at her time of life, makes me wonder how many others have this sought of trouble in their golden years0 -

Hope your daughter is feeling better this evening.
This should not have happened. One of my brothers is mentally disabled and is in a nursing home. There are some other patients there who would try to grab but the careers are absolutely brilliant as they are ready to stop it before it happens.
I do hope your daughter can recover from this.:)Smileand hopefully the world will smile back

Hi
how are we this evening?
I am very happy
Super trip to sada; details to followthen lovely afternoon playing and spending quality time with my mister and our DD :heartpuls
As DD is now tucked up in bed thought I'd pop in.
Sada trip was like that american show extreme couponing; I had a wedge of couopns (All in date, for correct items and none photocopied might I add!) and was equally nervous and excited. Mam and I have a boot sale when we're short of money and we're hoping that the school she works in will be as last year, holding a crimbo fair in Nov/Dec so are stocking up just in case...
Total before coupons £44.36, after... (Drumroll please!) £2.43
Mam's taking me to tosco tomo, hoping for cheese, nuts, socks etc.
Hugs to all xMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
5p Jersey Money :rotfl: Roadkill: 4p :rotfl: eBay: £15.46 PayPalFB Sales: £27
TCB £13.18 AGC
TMF £3.65
Geolotto £5
Podengo £40

Evening everyone
Haven't posted or even lurked for a few days and don't think I'll get caught up on what I've missed. I have noticed a lovely friendly atmosphere has returned which is great:)
Hope everyone is well and Ihsvent missed anything major. I haven't been in a supermarket for nearly a week:eek:, just been buying essentials from the local T's express. I seriously need to go shopping!
I'm going to sort through my coupons and make some lists whilst I watch x factor. I might even crack open a bottle of bubbly from the M&S offer the other week....the bottles look very posh. Hope they taste as nice as they look0 -

Sorry to hear this
Although I am much younger, I know from personal experience that until she is ready, there is nothing anyone can do, just try to be there for her for as long as you can. It took me 9 years and my mam much longer to realise what was happening but we got there, thinking of you.May: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
