Not sure if this has been answered as I'm catching up but you need to be carefull with the amount of fluid you start with as slow cookers generate a lot but I do know that you have to fry off the mince first or else you will have a very greesy end dish

The mushrooms were dead simple. Just bunged em on a sheet of tinfoil with some grated cathedral city on the top and a sprinkling of chilli powder as I like a little kick from my mushrooms. 20 mins or so in the oven and they are delish. A thin slice of garlic butter on top of each one I reckon would be pretty nice too.

Could try eating it from the screen - lovely :)
