I handed in a ring once, found it in the street. Gold with diamonds and some kind of very pale green central stone, took it to the local police station. No-one collected it so I picked it up. I know it is legally mine, but can't bring myself to sell it or anything, keep thinking it might mean something to someone. Even advertised it in a local shop window with a picture in black and white (with the identifying scratch not shown, definitely an old scratch) saying could they come forward. Had a couple of phone calls off people saying it must have been found in X etc, found out it did not belong to them (identifying marks including colour of stone), so promptly took that ad down! Still sitting in my jewellery box with a big fat question mark next to it!!

:) Sell it & give the money to your favourite charity :)

White one from facebook email. It said on email Tesco only.
Grey one from Metro. No mention of store as far as I am aware.

I have to go to T's shortly, need a Sunday roast, but I hate going down there and not getting the Reloaded and Beans. Only problem is my Reloaded tower fell over and D's has not been round for his beans yet. I really don't think I should add to my stocks!

Snap - thanks for that idea! There is a local charity I could give it to and they will be able to auction it :T:T

I must get down to Specsavers, just realised I've been taking OH's WELLWOMAN tabs instead of my WELLMAN for the past month 27.gif

new keyboard so I'm back lol. Bloomin' kids thats 3 keyboards now that have had oj tipped over it

Anyone else can't find stock of the nutri-grain biscuits?
None in by local for 4 days now :(:(

I'd swap all your children dropping orange juice on my keyboard if your willing to have one child that smashes your tv with spoons, throws your new phone down toilet, throws your other phone down radiator so you can't reach it, leaves fridge open and pulls everything onto floor, climbs into cudboards and pulls doors off x 3 and swings from washing machine door, breaks a slat on your bed (oops havent told bf yet) and chucks your cutlery off balcony.

    Any takers?

    :rotfl:

Studio have smoe really good offers on at the moment for christmas persents, just got nearly £200 worth of stuff for £50. Sorted three christmas persents out nice and cheap.

Not read through all of the shinanigins from last night - seems like there was high jinks - and all that has gone on this morning so this is probally old news.

Very nice till girl this morning said that on Monday the buy £40 get a £5 voucher thingie starts in Sada.

So what stratergy do we use?

I suppose we could all refresh our current APGs over the weekend and try and bring them up to nearer the capped level as we are going to be spending a bit more than normal next week.

A lot more people will be using the APG machine so possibly it might be more prone to breakage.
All of the trouts who hate APGs of any value or MOCS are going to have to get used to a lot more (small value though) APGs.

I suppose if your shop is £40 you could hand over tow APGs both with between £10 and £15 value plus the £5 conditional spend and some MOCs to get the total down to a nice level - and hopefully get another top value APG for the next shop.

I suppose you could add some clothing or non food items to top your shop up to £40.

I asked the girl and she said it had to be a receipt with Mondays date to get your 1st £5 MOC - is this correct - you cant put a Sundays receipt in ???

Also Ii am wondering what Toscos response is going to be to this? They have only just got us drifing back so do they really want up to trot right back to Sada and spend £40 there??? ;)
