You can see through the wrappers, if its a winning bar. On the bounty bar the bar code inside the wrapper is just behind the nutritional information bit. If there is a bar code, you are a winner, and you buy that bar, then you go and do it all again... you could be in there all night.

On the Malteesers, the winning bar code is just behind the L and T on the small, single packets. One in six are winners. Its a new promotion. Works on other bars as well, but I didn't look for rest of info as when I went to try the bounty one, I felt too inconspicuous in the shop. This one is only for the very cheeky of us.

If you didn't understand this explanation, then the next time you buy a single bar of the two i've mentioned, have a look at where the winning barcode or losing line of text is, and you'll see what I mean.

So its not actually a glitch, but pot luck and if you are lucky you might have a barcode? If not you just have to keep buying lots of chockie? Thanks IA

i know im a bit of an infrequent visitor to the thread recently so its up to you if you want my twopennyworth, but there are a lot of helpful kind people on here, a lot who need the support and teamship it offers and some who just pop in as and when they can, it takes all sorts to make a world and if we dont play nice no one will benifit from any info off the thread as redfox will have to come in with a bigger stick than i have and make us play nice.
very well said :):) glad you popped in :T

Another one I've just found that is quite a nice APG and a help towards to £40 spend:

    Fox's Favourites 800g biscuit box - £3 in T's and £7 in A's.

I really dont understand the problem if people choose to go somewhere else is that not their business. If they choose to keep stuff to themselves surely that is also their business.

This is an open forum so whatever is posted is open for all to share thankfully I now have a stash of cheese because of it (cheese being the latest).

So if the regulars that keep being brought up decide to go elsewhere and chat amongst themselves come here take/mention glitches thats up to them.

I keep hearing how this thread is not what it used to be well it wont be whilst there are a few nutters amongst us and ae who seem to want to kick it off at every opportunity.

Time to move on folks and make the best of what we have not live in the past.

    Onwards and upwards

Well said David, tbf to the regulars (who are a friendly bunch) who can blame them, the thread that they could once discuss their day to day business and offers as and when they came along, has now turned into at times a child's playground (especially of an evening). There are certain posters who enjoy playing keyboard warrior just to get a reaction out of others.Any chance for the regulars to have a friendly conversation that they had before the days of apg without it getting lost among some of the posts have now gone.So what if they discuss a glitch or 2 along the way,by the attitude of some I really don't blame them keeping it to themselves and tbh I don't remember anything when I registered to post on this site that said we had to post everything we find on here x
