I have been through a lot in the last year and have shared much of that with the users of this thread, but i'm afraid I do not feel that I can do that anymore as instead of it aiding me in getting through each day, it only serves to do the opposite in it's present state.

The FB group is not excluding people, without good reason and I know there are still some regular posters who have not been added. I would like to ask you to bear with it as you will be added soon. I'm afraid my pm box is full at the moment and I intend to keep it that way, simply because I would not want people to think I was ignoring them when I don't have the time to respond at the moment. You can however message me on FB if you so wish, but I can not guarentee any quick reponses.
I would also like to clarify that nothing is being kept within the FB group on purpose and I know that many have tried to ensure that things are shared on mse. However you need to bear in mind that everyone has very busy lives and cannot always drop everything just to make a post here and may not want to anymore. That is each users own choice and I do not condone anyone being made to feel guilty for not doing this.
Before every member joined mse, they shared things only amongst friends and family and it can't be expected, if they decide not to be a part of mse anymore, for them to do any different. I would like to remind people that mse is an open forum, and most of us found our way here through purely putting in some kind of search into a search engine, I know I did. So all bargains found on here are readily available for anybody to see. It is not about FB versus mse or any other group for that matter either.

I would also like to say to the person that chooses to spend there days trawling though different groups just to see what they can do to upset other people, I feel very sorry for you that in life you have so obviously been such a failure and so lonely that you feel the need to do this. It is sad that things could have been so different for you if you had just decided to go down a different route. The people on here in the most are very kind and generous people and you could have had so much more from this group and mse as a whole.
I hope that one day you can see the what it is you have created for yourself and Karma will prevail, as you have taken so much from so many for such a selfish gain.

I hope that in time I can post here again and I apologise to those of you that presently feel left out and I hope that this can be rectified soon.

As a semi lurker I agree with every word of this.
I remember when the apg glitch started how you all worked so hard together to fathom it all out ( and probably lost money trying it )and then some people bragged about it and advertised it elsewhere which I believe ended it sooner than it would have otherwise.
I would be quite happy with a glitch like we had this week on the cheese so I don't think people should worry about a private group , I know I don't.

I haven't been on here for a couple of days as I have been too busy but from the tone of the last few posts I assume that it has kicked off again!? I suspect it is probably the same posters too. I think that having this thread closed down is exactly what they are after because they having nothing to gain from it anymore now that the glitches are over. Are we going to give them the satisfaction of being responsible for not only pushing the "original elite" away, which in itself is sad enough, but also preen their egos by letting them get this thread closed down too? I think not..... all we have to do is ignore the posts, keep on posting our pics of delicious Felix, pets and just generally share our thoughts. As a previous poster has said, Fudge2 I believe, (forgive me if I am wrong) they will get bored and go away! They are looking for interaction don't give them the satisfaction of rising to the bait. I love this thread but it has become a little hard going of late because I think we are all missing the fun element that was once here, i.e. people posting pics of their dinners, and the banter that was once on here. I am fairly new to this thread and recent events have upset me so I can imagine how the old guard are feeling.

This is just not true. It just meant more people had the opportunity to take advantage of the glitch.
